Your spots, invitations & dashboard

Track everything you have applied to or been invited to, what each status means, and how to confirm, withdraw or drop out.

The performer dashboard

Perform → Dashboard is the quickest way to see where you stand. It's grouped so nothing gets lost:

  • Action needed — invitations waiting on your answer. Accept or Decline right there.
  • Awaiting response — applications you've sent that the producer hasn't answered yet.
  • Upcoming — your confirmed spots, plus shows where you're already on the lineup.
  • Recent — what you've just played.

Your spots list

Perform → Spots shows everything, split into Upcoming Spots and Past Spots, with the producer, venue and date for each. If you manage several performer profiles, you can look at one profile's spots at a time.

What each status means

  • Requested — you applied; the producer hasn't decided yet.
  • Invited — the producer asked you; they're waiting on you.
  • Pending — the spot is waiting on action.
  • Confirmed — you're booked. On shows using auto lineup, this also puts you on the public lineup.
  • Rejected — the producer didn't take it up this time, sometimes with a note.
  • Withdrawn — you pulled out before confirming.
  • Drop out — you pulled out after confirming.
  • Cancelled — the spot was cancelled.

Confirming, withdrawing & dropping out

  1. Confirm an invitation Use Confirm (or Accept on the dashboard) to lock the spot in. The producer is notified.
  2. Withdraw an application Not confirmed yet? Withdraw takes it back.
  3. Drop out of a confirmed spot Drop Out releases a booking you'd already confirmed. You'll be asked to confirm, because the producer now has a gap in the lineup to fill.
Dropping out? Say so early Producers get notified either way, but the earlier they know, the easier it is to fill the slot — and the more likely they are to invite you again.

Once you're confirmed

Confirmed performers get access to the show's green room: the shared message board where the producer posts set times, tech notes and last-minute changes. New messages are emailed to you with a link straight back to the conversation, so check there first on show day.
