Selling tickets & registrations
Use built-in ticketing or link out to an external ticket page.
Spotagig gives you two ways to handle tickets and registrations: send people to an external ticket page, or use built-in ticketing powered by your own payment account.
Linking to an external ticket page
If you sell on Eventbrite, Fienta or your own site, point your event at it.
- Edit the event Open the event and go to its Event Details.
- Turn on external ticketing Enable Link to external ticket/registration page, paste the External link URL, and set the CTA button text (defaults to "Get Tickets").
- Save Visitors now see your call-to-action button linking straight to the ticket page. Imported Eventbrite events keep their original ticket link automatically.
Built-in ticketing
You can also sell tickets through Spotagig's checkout, which uses your own connected payment account so funds go directly to you. There are three pieces to it:
- Connect a payment account Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account — see getting paid. Free reservations don't need this.
- Build your ticket tiers Create reusable tiers under Produce → Ticketing, then attach them to a show with a capacity and sale window — see ticket tiers & where your show sells.
- Watch who's coming Buyers get a QR ticket and a confirmation email, and every sale lands on the event's Attendees tab.
You can do both at once: a show can sell here and link out to a platform, and buyers get to choose.
