Sharing a profile with your team
Add teammates to a profile and choose what each of them can do: owner, manager, analytics viewer or viewer.
Most venues and production companies aren't a one-person operation. You can add other Spotagig users to a profile and give each of them exactly as much access as they need — without handing over your password.
Adding a teammate
- Open the profile's settings Go to the settings for the profile you want to share and find Team Management.
- Add the member Click Add Team Member, pick the person under User, choose their Role, and confirm with Add Member.
- Adjust later Use Change Role to promote or demote someone, or Remove to end their access entirely.
What each role can do
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything: edit the profile, view analytics, manage the team, and delete or transfer the profile. |
| Manager | Edit the profile and its events, and view analytics. Can't manage the team or delete the profile. |
| Analytics Viewer | View the profile and its analytics. Can't change anything. |
| Viewer | View the profile only. |
The person who created the profile is its Profile Owner and always keeps full access — they can't be removed from their own profile.
What team access covers
A role applies to one profile. If you run a venue and a producer profile and want someone on both, add them to each.
Managers of a producer profile can manage that producer's events, including spots, lineups and the green room. For working with a separate production company on a single show, use co-producers instead — it's scoped to that one event rather than your whole profile.
