Ticket tiers & where your show sells
Build a reusable tier catalog under Produce → Ticketing, attach tiers to a show with capacity and sale windows, and choose where buyers are sent.
Selling through Spotagig works in two layers: a catalog of reusable ticket tiers that belongs to your profile, and the tiers you attach to one particular show. Build the tier once, use it all season.
1. Build your tier catalog
Go to Produce → Ticketing. This is your profile's tier catalog — every tier you create here can be reused across as many shows as you like.
- Create a tier Give it a Name buyers will recognise — GA, VIP, Early bird — plus a Description, Price and Currency (EUR, USD or GBP).
- Pick the owning profile If you manage more than one profile that can sell, choose which one owns the tier. That profile is who gets paid.
- Keep it active Active controls whether the tier can be sold at all. Deactivating it stops sales everywhere it's attached without deleting your history — the tier list shows how many Shows each tier is used on.
2. Attach tiers to a show
Open the event, go to its Ticketing tab, and use Attach tier.
- Choose the tier Pick from your catalog. Anything already attached, or deactivated, won't be offered.
- Set the capacity Capacity is how many of this tier exist for this show. Leave it empty for unlimited. Spotagig counts sales against it, so a tier can't oversell.
- Set the sale window Sales start and Sales end control when it's buyable. Leave both empty and it's on sale whenever the show is.
- Attach to this show The tier joins the Attached tiers table, where you can adjust capacity, window and status later, watch the Sold count, and Detach it if plans change.
The On sale now column is the one to trust: it tells you whether buyers can actually buy that tier right now, and says why not when they can't — No — tier inactive or No — not selling here.
3. Choose where the show sells
The Where this show sells tickets panel decides where buyers are sent. Tick every place people may buy: tick one and buyers go straight there, tick several and they get to choose.
Set Primary to say which one is the default, then Save selling options.
Once tickets are moving
Buyers get a QR ticket and a confirmation email, and every sale lands on the event's Attendees tab — see attendees & door check-in.
