How account tiers affect how many profiles you can create and which premium features you unlock.
Your account tier for each profile type controls how many profiles you can create and which premium options are available. Tiers are set per type, so you might be on a higher tier for performing than for producing.
The tiers
- Basic — get started for free with a performer profile.
- Pro — unlock producer and venue profiles and create more of each.
- Limitless — for power users running many profiles.
How many profiles can I create?
The number of profiles you can create depends on your tier:

Basic accounts can't create producer or venue profiles — upgrade to Pro to start hosting. Exact limits can change as plans evolve.
Premium features
Higher tiers and tenant sites unlock extras such as:
- Running more producer, venue and performer profiles.
- A branded tenant site on your own custom domain.
- Deeper theme and branding customization — see managing a profile.
- More custom profile pages (free accounts get one page per profile; paid tiers are unlimited).
Upgrading
You can see your current tiers on your
User Settings page. To upgrade or
manage billing, follow the subscription checkout from your settings, or
contact our team if you're not sure
which plan fits.
