Closed lists & private invitations

A closed list is a private roster of performers you trust. Instead of opening an event to everyone, you can open it only to people on one of your lists — great for resident acts, members or regulars.

Creating and managing lists

1. Open your lists In the sidebar under Produce click Lists, or go to Closed Lists.
2. Create a list Add a new list and give it a clear name (e.g. "Resident comedians").
3. Add performers Add or remove performers from the list at any time. You can also email everyone on a list directly.

Using a list on an event

When creating or editing an event, turn off Open to all performers and instead enable Open to closed lists, then choose the lists that may apply. Only performers on those lists will be able to sign up.
