The questions we get asked most. For step-by-step instructions, head to the Help Center.
Spotagig is where live events get booked, promoted and sold. Producers and venues build lineups, publish shows and sell tickets; performers find gigs and manage their bookings; audiences find nights out.
You work through a profile — performer, venue or producer. One account can hold several, so booking your own shows and performing at someone else's live side by side.
You can create a profile, list events and take bookings without paying for a plan. Paid tiers raise how many profiles you can run and unlock premium features like deeper branding and your own domain. If you sell tickets through Spotagig, we take a fee on the sale — and the rest goes straight to your own payment account. See contact us for current plans.
Yes. Build reusable ticket tiers, set how many exist for each show and when they go on sale, and take payment through your own Stripe account. You are the merchant, so the money is yours from the moment it's paid and you control refunds. Free events can take reservations with no payment setup at all.
Buyers get a QR ticket and a confirmation email, and every sale lands on your attendee list for the door.
No. Import your existing shows from Eventbrite or Fienta and keep selling exactly where you sell now — Spotagig handles the lineup, promotion and your public pages around them.
You can also push new events out to those platforms, and see everywhere an event lives from one place. Plenty of organizers run both: some shows sell here, some sell there, some offer buyers the choice.
Two ways. Producers invite performers directly — including people who aren't on Spotagig yet, via an invite link. Or they open a night for applications, and performers apply for a spot.
Either way both sides see the same status — requested, invited, confirmed — so nobody is left wondering whether they're on the bill. Confirmed performers get access to the show's green room for set times and tech notes.
Yes — add people to a profile with a role that fits: manager for anyone actually running shows, analytics viewer for someone who only needs the numbers, viewer for read-only access. Nobody has to share a password. If you're putting on a show jointly with another production company, add them as a co-producer for that event.
That's the point. Your profile carries a subscribe box that feeds a Spotagig mailing list, Mailchimp or Brevo — and you can export your subscribers whenever you like, because the list is yours. Add Google Analytics or Meta tracking to see what's actually bringing people in.
Performers can sign up and create a profile right away. Venues and producers get in touch and we'll set you up.
