1. Introduction

1.1 Definitions

• Profile refers to any profile created by a User, including performer, producer, and venue profiles.
• Event refers to any event created or managed through the Service.

1.2 Purpose

The Service provides a platform for performers, producers, and venue managers to create, manage, and participate in events.

We collect personal data provided by Users during registration, profile creation, event management, and other interactions with the Service. This data includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile details, and event information.

• Improvement of Services: To enhance the functionality and user experience of the Service.
• Functionality: To ensure the proper operation of the Service and to facilitate User interactions, event management, and profile management.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

3.2 Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share through the Service, including profiles, events, and communications. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these T&Cs or applicable laws.

4. Liability

4.1 No Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Juval UG disclaims all liability, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Juval UG does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juval UG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Service. Upon termination, the User’s access to the Service will be deactivated.

5.2 Termination by Company

Juval UG reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User’s access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these T&Cs.

6. Changes to the T&Cs

Juval UG reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

7. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
